WANT TO BE IN THE PARADES???

It’s time for the 81st annual Geauga County Maple Festival Parades on Saturday, April 24^th and Sunday, April 25^th  in Chardon, Ohio.  This years theme is “Maple – Geauga’s Sweetest Gem”.  We request that all float entries be done in accordance with the theme.

 Both parades will begin at 3 PM sharp.  Any individual or group may complete the entry form to participate.  Commercial units will be accessed a fee of $25.00 per entry per day.  No charge to non-profit organizations.

 There will be float judging and prizes awarded in Junior & Adult floats and Junior and Senior Marching Corps for the units participating in both days parades.  Also for the Antique/Classic Cars and Horse Divisions in both days.

 You will be mailed a confirmation letter, about 10 days prior to the parade, which will include the designated area for the line-up and a map that will assist you.  Line-up begins at 1:45 PM each day.  We will have parade crews in golf carts available to assist you.

 It is necessary that we receive your entry by April 10th to insure time to mail the information back to you.  Please do not hesitate to call with any questions or concerns that you may have.  We look forward to having you join us.
